Privacy and Authorized Contacts

We desire to provide the highest level of customer care possible, while maintaining the trust and privacy expected by our Partners.  For this reason, Compass Charitable Partners can only communicate with authorized contacts of a sponsored Partner project.  The primary contact is the Project Manager, who is identified in the Partnership Application.  Upon approval of the application, the Project Manager will be given access to their Project Portal in Compass’s cloud platform.  Any additional authorized contacts (users) may be added by request of the Project Manager.  We strongly recommend at least two (2) authorized contacts to ensure our ability to respond to changing needs of your project, especially should the Project Manager be incapacitated by any reason.  Any changes to the Project Manager or removal of an authorized contact must be by request of the Project Manager currently on record.
