As such, donations made payable to our organization on behalf of one of our fiscally-sponsored projects is fully tax-deductible per applicable federal law. Split-gift donations that include a good or service in exchange for part or all of your gift will include the value of the received good or service, the value of which is not considered a tax-deductible gift.
