After much prayerful consideration and careful deliberation, we have made the difficult decision to wind down operations, effective May 17, 2026. This decision was not made lightly. Rising operational costs have made it increasingly challenging to sustain our services at the level you deserve without passing along an additional financial burden to our clients. Rather than do that, we believe the most honorable path forward is to conclude our work in a way that respects and protects the organizations we have been privileged to serve.
From the very beginning, Compass was built to support meaningful, mission-driven work like what you’re doing with your multiple projects with us. You entrusted us with your vision at a time when we were still a young and growing organization. That trust has never been taken for granted. It has been a true privilege to walk alongside you, even for a season, and to play a small role in the impact you are making.
